Your report will be in accordance with the Australian Standards, this includes checking all new homes for compliance with the NCC.

If constructed in accordance with the guide to standard and tolerances we will prepare an easy to ready, easy to understand report, adding another set of eyes to ensure your project is completed to your expectations.

Listed below are the stages we recommend an inspection be carried out. You can book an Inspection at any of the stages below as there are no lock in contracts, you can book one inspection or all 7 depending on what you require.

Should you require photos to be included with any of the inspections listed below an additional inspection will be added to the corresponding fee.

1. Pre-Contract Review (HIA and MBA contracts only)
2. Pre-Pour Inspection
3. Post-Pour Inspection
4. Completion of Main Roof Inspection whilst scaffold is still in place
5. Pre lining Inspection
6. Practical Completion Inspection
7. 90day warranty Minor Maintenance and Defect Inspection

Please note prices are applicable to the Sydney Metropolitan area and should you require our services outside of this area further fees will be applicable. You can request this information on the inquiry form.

All reports are provided to the applicant only, should you require further copies or assistance in dealing with third parties an administration fee will be applicable. Price on application depending on what is required.
